Returns & FAQs

General Return Policy

You may return your order for replacement or refund, which will process once we receive your item unworn and undamaged. We do not cover shipping for returns, unless you receive the wrong order. If you receive an order in error, we will send out the correct items and reimburse you for shipping once we have received your return. If you receive a damaged item, simply document it and send us an email (merch@bloomandplumecoffee.com), we will refund or replace your order depending on your desire and our available inventory.

 

International Returns

International orders may be returned for a refund, replacements will only be issued if the item value is more than double the cost of shipping (one way) and there was a material issue with your order. You will be responsible for purchasing your own return label. Please email us a tracking number once you have one so we can follow your return.

Shipping Time

We do our best to get orders out quickly, but we are a small team. Shipping time should be less than two weeks for domestic, and less than thirty days for international. If you are placing your order for a special person or deadline please don't hesitate to drop us a line ~ we'll do what we can to get your items to you quickly.

 

International Orders

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Payments of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by any payments made on this site. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
